Mark all languages when creating translation packages

Mark all languages when creating translation packages

Supported translation languages are defined for each product. When creating a translation package in Windchill for a publication structure the translation manager needs to manually mark all languages which should be included in the translation package one by one. In our case it is almost always all supported languages. Currently we support up to 27 different languages which makes it a lot of clicking when creating translation packages.

We currently have several products and publication structures which needs to be translated several times a year which makes us need to do this 50-60 times a year.

We would like a solution where we can have a “Mark all” solution which marks all languages. This is for example solved for publish representations with WC11.

Dialogue for Create translation package.Dialogue for Create translation package.Dialogue for Publish representation.Dialogue for Publish representation.

This is supported with the new Create Translation Package dialog.  You can use shift-click to select all languages and then use the arrow to select them all for translation.
