Merge Uses functionality in MAPSB and Part Structure Browser

It would be very useful to have a 'Merge Uses' function in both the MAPSB and the Part Structure Browser.

Function should work as the opposite of the 'Split Usage' function in the MAPSB

In MAPSB: You can use #cut and then #Merge Usage After Cut to merge together again split items.

Do like this:

1: Mark one item line and RMB #Cut

2: Mark the other item line and RMB #Merge Usage After Cut

Function works as the opposite of the 'Split Usage' function in the MAPSB ....
