I'd like to see a UI or some loadfromfile method to specify a specific set of data and then apply a publish job against that data set.  It's too broad now to specify a whole context to perform the OOTB publishing jobs (i.e. RepublishAllOutOfDateRepresentations, PublishAllEPMDocuments).

The third option allows you to feed in a CSV of object references for publishing.  (These can easily be obtained from a custom report or from the database via SQL query.)  It works great!
