We want PTC to support other Email clients like Outlook or access protocols like Exchange Web Server (EWS) for Windchill Product Analytics (WPA).

So that Microsoft can use the email box synchronization functionality without any issue and can continue the integration of the Email box with WPA for getting the IPC and other Compliance related documents uploaded into WPA.
