Missing icon for active Workspace...

Working with the Windchill WGM would be much nore easy if in the Windchill Workgroupmanager a command would be available for tailoring my UI in the Windchill WGM (see screen shot) like the fixed Icon in the folder area of the WGM. There is no icon available at the moment. Then I could keep the folder area closed and save space in the UI of the WGM.

Having this available would be helpful for all WGM users.

You can achieve your requirement using Windchill Workgroup Manager Toolkit. For more information on it, please refer Workgroup Manager Help Center.

The Windchill Workgroup Manager Toolkit is a PTC proprietary library that allows you to customize the behavior of Windchill Workgroup Manager. This library contains a set of C++ APIs and build instructions that you can use to create a DLL (dynamic-link library) which can invoke Windchill Workgroup Manager actions and possibly interact with other customized components such as application plug-ins, and Server Side customizations.

The Windchill Workgroup Manager Toolkit can be used to provide:

•  Adding custom PDM related functionality to user workflow, available through custom menu items (in Windchill Workgroup Manager or Authoring Application) or HTML pages.

•  A batch process that automates tasks which involve interaction with Windchill.
