Missing parts and categorize in FMD97 Library in WQS

Ex: DPDT Relay

The relay FMD97 library in QS have is categorized in general section in the library , however the failure modes are not relevant to the FMD database. There are a lot of missing categories and I would siggest that the library whould be more compatible to the FMD 97 databook
