4. What is the use case for your organization?
When users want to do a save as from our legacy models and policy wants all newly created models to be updated to today's modeling standards.

5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?
ModelCHECK will read the original file's creation date and not the newly created file's date thus allowing our users to continue using bad modeling practices as our ModelCHECK legacy checks will continue to run due to the creation date being the same as the original file.
