We recently ran into this issue with editing a Sourcing Configuration multi-object via the Line Sheet.
When a user enables the "Edit" function for a Multi-Object that is on a Line Sheet, a new window or tab will pop-up where the MOA table can be edited. If a user clicks the "Done" button when they are finished editing, the pop-up closes and is able to be edited by other users just fine. But, if a user closes the editing window without clicking the "Done" button, the window closes (even though the MOA attribute is still checked out to the editor) just the same (from a UI perspective) as if the "Done" button has been clicked. This often causes the user to not be aware they still have the MOA checked out and end up locking out other users from editing.
It would be helpful if, in this scenario, the system would prompt the user to confirm if they wished to check the MOA back in and save the changes or to discard the changes, much the same as the BOM or Measurement Sets behave when the user attempts to close the editor.
In addition, should an MOA remain checked out, it would be helpful if MOA's showed up in the user's "My Work" section under checked-out documents so that they could have visibility to what they have checked out.
