We have problems with our users modify the "old" content files if such
- I have the document locally saved after being checked in
- A colleague checking out and modifying the document
- I open the "old" document and make changes and check in
and then I write the changes that my colleague has done.
A solution could be clearer warning and the opportunity to download the lates document in same dialog window.
Another solution would be to introduce Workspaces (like in Creo) for document.
