Modify the Change Status icon behavior to see pending changes on previous revisions

When concurrent Change Notices are created on the same object, the first Change Notice treated leads to a new revision of the object, and the second Change Notice remains linked to the previous revision.

The consequence is that the second Change Notice can be forgotten: when looking at the latest revision of the object the Change Status indicator should inform the user that Changes are still pending on previous revisions.
