Monitoring Worker Agents in PTC System Monitor

At our company, we have a good number of Worker Agents.  I'd like to request the ability to monitor Worker Agents in PTC System Monitor.  This way, our company's support team has one location to watch for different issues and errors.

Is there any good way to enable producing statistics around cad worker activity? We have many CAD Workers with several instances and many CAD Authoring Applications (Inventor, Solidworks, Medusam Autocad, Creo). We would like to be able to produce some good KPIs around publication, i.e a summary of failed entries, successful entries for each cad worker machine and for each cad worker instance.. Is there any way to enable this outside of monitoring publishing queues?
