The search page, when adding Described By documents or Reference Documents, offers the possibility to search by state but showing ALL states available in the system and not only states related to documents lifecycles.
A client is stating:
"Currently the state filter shows all states of all objects (there are a lot of them) while we are actually searching for a document. This is something we cannot explain to users and it is difficult to select the right state in this way and will result in mistakes/frustration. "
