Move Process Status table to top of Process tab on Change Objects

The Process Status table on change objects shows all the signature history, users' votes, comments, and whether they completed their task and when.  This is all important information and viewed all the time by all users (especially the chairperson).  However, as part of the Routing/Process History, it is at the bottom of the Process Tab screen and should really be at the top.  The chairperson goes to this tab to see how users voted and they first see the Tasks for Change Process (which has no voting information).  It is suggested to swap the two tables Tasks for Change Process with Routing/Process History (Process Status)

These can be configured at your site to change the order.

In the future we plan to update the Tasks for Change process table to allow more attributes and info to show.  No release target yet though.

You can do that by altering below two lines of changeNoticeProcessTab model in <WT_HOME>codebase\config\actions\ChangeManagement-actionModels.xml file:

Note: Do not modify OOTB files. Follow customization best practices section in Windchill Customizers Guide.
