Multi Value IBAs allow duplicate value selection.

Steps to reproduce:

1)     Create string attribute

2)     Remove Constraint Single Valued and add Constraint Legal Value List and Required

3)     Legal Value Set: A|B|C

4)     Associate with any object and it will allow to select the same value multiple times

It is a bug (Per customer , this is a genuine requirement)and it should not allow to have the same value more than once for same attribute.

We totally agree with this request.

Today we fight against multiple values of STRING attributes. E.g. attribute "language" with the same language repeating. Multiple values should be unique.

See C10837763 -There is no unique value constraint for attributes with multiple values.

A new Constraint was added for Type managed attributes called "No Duplicate Values".  It prevents a users from adding the same value twice to a multiple value attribute.  I am verifying as to the exact version this was added but I believe it was 11.0 M010
