Multiple Graphic Information upload

Now we can upload New Graphic Information Element one at a time.

Multiple Graphic Information should be uploaded in one istance like wt.documents

to avoid  huge loss of time to load pictures related to products/clients

if the picture are not loaded as New Graphic Information Element they can't be used for example in arbortext documents using windchill workspace
