My Notebook share with all users

We use the "My Notebook" functionality to make it convenient to find groups of documents.  We group the documents by creating a WTpart with reference links to the documents.  Then create a My Notebook link to each wtpart.  We have grouped these links by area of the factory in My Notebook.  There are ~50 wtparts we create links to and group in My Notebooks.  This takes a little bit of time.

I would like for there to be a functionality to share "My Notebook" with all users or just certain users.  Something similar to sharing table views would be great.
