Need the ability to enforce that workflows are terminated upon manual set state

At Boston Scientific, we need the ability to enforce that workflows are terminated upon manual set state.

The window that pops up for set state includes a check box a user can select to choose to terminate running processes.  The full window does not always display so the user does not think to click this.  If two processes are running they may conflict and cause issues in the process.  For example, if the one that was supposed to be cancelled had a task that someone completed and then set state after.

Hey you´re right. I never noticed this checkbox. My best practice was always to terminate the process before a set state (change object --> process tab --> routing/process history --> right mouse button on the running processes --> terminate process).

This is actually not really an idea rather than a popup size "bug". It would be a help to have a preference to have this checkbox selected by default.

I would ask the same question - was there a Call filed as this seems like a window sizing issue.
