WPA needs to have the ability to atomatically or manually triggering the sending of reminders for overdue requests for supplier or supplier part requests. This action should not Cancel the previous request.
This is an enhancement we are investigating for the next release of WPA. We plan to add a supplier escalation process that will track overdue requests and send out reminders at a user defined time interval.
