Need to Customize OOTB action “Generate Downstream Structure Action” from MPMLink Windchill11.1 M020

We are in need to Customize OOTB action “Generate Downstream Structure Action” to plug-in custom logic from MPMLink in MAPSB (Manufacturing Associative Product Structure Browser) in Windchill 11.1 M020.

Custom Logic:

We have a requirement where we need to plug-in the custom logic when we click on OOTB action in MAPSB middle toolbar,

The moment we click on “Generate Downstream Structure” Action, in background or server side it should read xml file which contains certain rule sets with attribute value details from the WTPartUsageLink, if the rule satisfies (attribute value from the xml matching with the upstream and downstream parts then) action should generate mBOM in downstream area based on upstream ebom.
