Need to get a more precise error message when trying to add the same WTPart multiple time in a BOM

If you try to add an already existing WTpart in a BOM, you will get an error message which is fine.

Problem is that if you are adding multiple WTPart at the same time, you will get an error message saying that a WTPart already exists, but you will not know which one.

That should be nice to get the number of the already existing WTPart.

Can you confirm whether 10.2 is improving the way errors such as this are handled. I think i saw some improvements on this function in a ptclive presentation.
