I think this is possible via enabling and using the Security Audit Reporting. But this unfortunately leads to high system performance losses and to the database being filled up.
i am not clear on why this idea was tagged as archived. maybe the @PTCModerator can comment on this? there was no update posted here and the functionality has not changed. windchill 11.1 does not have an export action in the participant administration page. you are also limited to a max of 200 people you can add to the participant manager, so it would take a long time to do this if you have a larger organization.
i have not tested, but you could probably just add the export to list action to this table as a work-around.
@ScottMorris, I'm not a moderator, but I do know that any ideas older than a certain date and having less than a certain number of votes were all archived. From what I understand, there is no good way to 'un-archive' this, so if the idea is still valid, a new idea will need to be created in it's place.
@ScottMorris, totally agree. I think the product managers were overwhelmed by the number of open ideas and needed someway to whittle the list down to something more manageable. Multiple community platform migrations didn't help things either...
