New Configurable Link Type to connect Reference Document without Check-out

Since around 10.2 there is a configurable link called "Configurable Revision Link". This link adds the ability to add a persistable revision to e.g. a WTPart revision without check-out. 

Unfortunately there is no link to add a reference persistable without check-out.

Currently available links:

Configurable Describe Link—A version to version relationship -> Parent check-out required

Configurable Reference Link—A version to master relationship -> Parent check-out required

Configurable Masters Link—A master to master relationship -> No Parent check-out

Configurable Revision Link—A revision to revision relationship -> No Parent check-out

New link:

Configurable RevisionReference Link—A revision to master relationship -> No Parent check-out

This link is required to add e.g. marketing documents to a WTPart. Since the Master to Master link has no history, the history would be preserved for all the previous revisions.
