New soft type attributes are not available in Create Wizard of sales choice.

This is w.r.t. case 11546561

1. Create a Soft type attribute of type String in Manage Global attributes

2. Create a Global attribute for Sales Choice.

3. Add the newly created attribute to All the Layouts that are available.

Issue: when we try to create new Sales Choices, newly added attributes are not available.

Ideally its a bug but it PTC requested to raise an enhancement request.

Please provide the fix for this issue in next release.
