New type of Filter (LifeCycle State) for Collection Options in Packages or Managed Collections

Currently during adding content to Managed Collection (or Package) it is possible after initially selected objects apply collection filters to collect related/dependent objects and include/exclude some of them by context and type.

There is need to filter out only objects with exact Life Cycle State.

I propose add new type of Filter - LC State Filter - to select required Life Cycle State for collected objects.

I also recommend to add column Life Cycle Sate to Files Table when selecting individual files from content of locked Package - currently only file name and identification information are shown.
There is need to sort by Life Cycle State and then select only necessary files (with required Life Cycle State)

Is there any plan for implementation. The same requirement is in backlog of our of mine client.

The status were changed to Archived so there will be no implementation.
