We want to call same FTA diagram to a file from Library as common case. But if there is FTA diagram haven same ID, ID is changed Default one.
So, we can not notice that there is common case when calculate FTA.
We want to new function that if same FTA diagram is called in a file from Library, Windchill open a window to choice to get Default ID or not.
