Notification center which shows all emails you have received from subscriptions and change objects

There should be a notification center which shows all emails and notifications the user has received from subscriptions, change objects and so on. This would make it easier for the user to see all Windchill related notifications in one place instead of rummaging through the email inbox. 

The best place for the notification center would be a table on the Home page.

I am voting for this enhancement but feel the "Notification Center" should be housed in the Quick Links menu, near the Event Manager.

Good idea @rlampley. Maybe it could be in both? Tables in the home screen can be shown or hidden by the user so they have the choice to show it. Maybe it should always be visible in the Quick Links menu. 

The point is to have at least some place to see the notifications. Currently our test systems don't have email configured so testing notifications is not possible. A Notification Center would solve this issue.

Definitely still relevant. WC's fire-and-forget email notification is prone to users' email rules or spam filters moving or deleting the notifications, an in-windchill inbox or notification center would be very helpful
