Notifications sent by License Management for Licenses Enforced=No

In PTC Cloud Services, SaaS Flex customers are billed according to their monthly usage of Flex. They get licenses with the property Enforced=No allowing us to add more users than the number of licenses.

Despite this property, the members of the group Administrators receive every night an email of notification that the number of licenses is overridden.

Idea: disable the notifications when the property Enforced=No

This is going to impact all the Flex customers in Cloud upgrading to 11.1 or 11.2

I disagree with this request.

If you have users who are unlicensed, they have no rights to use Windchill. Use these reports to notify management that your company needs to purchase additional licenses so all users are legally licensed.

Using licenses you have not paid for is theft of services.

Hello you probably did not read carefully my request. We are in a very specific case related to PTC Cloud Services. PTC Cloud Services, in the context of SaaS customer will bill the customer depending on the number of different logins per month.

There is a specific way to create  the licenses for this: the property Enforced is set to NO.

However we receive a lof of notifications that are not meaningful at all in this context.

I have created this idea in agreement with the Product Manager of FlexPLM.
