Numerical values more than six digits appear as exponents in Windchill Quality Solutions

Issue Description: When more than 6 digits are entered in any 'numeric' field, the values are displayed as exponents making it difficult to read. This behavior is only seen in desktop interface. The web interface displays the entered numbers correctly.

Version of Windchill Quality Solutions: PTC Windchill Quality Solutions 11.0 Enterprise Edition M010-CPS04

Affected data fields: All 'numeric' fields in data definition for example Criticality, Meter Reading
