When I want to open a new home screen window in a new tab from any point in Windchill, it does not work if you click with the middle mouse button on the house icon or the Windchill sign.

Currently the best way to get a new home screen window in a new tab: Click with the middle mouse button on any link and then navigate to the home screen. Unfortunately this is a bit more complicated.

On this screenshot you can see both links which are not working with the middle mouse button.

This is not a fix, but I often find myself using the right mouse button context menu on the tab to select Duplicate and then navigate the new place I want to be in Windchill. Having the Home icon open in a new tab directly with the middle mouse button would be handy.

It's not real obvious, but you can right click on either the "browse" or "search" link in the navigator bar (vertical black bar with search and browse links) and select open in new tab (or window).  It should open a new tab (or window) landing on your home page.
