I'm working with a client who requires the capability to link requirements to Arbortext Dynamic Documents in Windchill. This capability is currently not supported. As a result, the Arbortext content will need to be imported into the client's instance of DOORs.

Arguably, you could consider the Document, and components thereof as a Product and use WTPart Structures to model and link requirements to the Document Product structure.  You could...  but it would be much more direct, intuitive and usable to lnk directly to the Dynamic Document as suggested.
