Allow PTC Windchill to support BOM to have parts with the same reference designator. In ECAD design, it is very common to have two parts with the same reference designator, such as an IC chip and its corresponding software. It is a very common use of reference designator in ECAD design, so we would ask Windchill to support the function that allows BOM to have parts with the same reference designator.
