There is no one-click functionality to check parts which have changed status from RoHS compliant to non-compliant within a date range. WPA is integrated with third party tools (like BOMcheck.net) where declarations from suppliers are auto-pulled from. Availability of this functionality helps check parts which have recently changed to non-compliancy in the last one week for example.

Can't you use the "Last Verdict Change Reason" = New Material Declaration uploaded together with "Last Verdict Change Type" = Negative together with a selected Compliance Specification in combination with "Reported Date Range"? Just a thought.
