PartsLink should be able to update classifictation strucute via load from csv/excel file

After initialized classification tree, it should allow user add/update classification nodes in batch by loading csv file.

The following is usecase from customer:

If we have an n number of nodes and related attributes and constraints that is need to be added to classification structure, doing these things manually is consuming more time, what we exactly need is loading all these nodes and attributes at a time by updating these values in excel or csv.

This will reduce more efforts from admin side.

This is definitely needed if the classification is being added after bulk load of parts which weren't classified at time of the load. Having to manually classify the parts (~800K) is not really possible in any reasonable timeframe.

@DACutter This should be available through the importable spreadsheet.  You need to export out to an importable spreadsheet from Windchill the items you are classifying.  I don't know how long that many parts will take though.  I think the idea is more around once you have the classification structure being able to import it again and not lose items already in there.  So let's say you have a classification node with 80 different classifications and you want to add another one, you have to do it manually or things get messed up.  It would be nice to have it be able to "update" the node.  It would also be awesome to be able to on import of the classification structure to be able to import the icons and schematics at the same time.  Right now you have to go in and do that manually.  That is really time consuming.
