If a user leaves the organization or moves to a different position the Business Admin must update all of the current Windchill roles this user is in. I would like to propose an Admin Tool that would allow the Business Admin to search all roles that a given user is in (Product Context, Libraries, and Projects), and replace as needed. When all roles have been updated the tool should make the necessary updates and reassign any open / pending workflow process task for the roles accordingly.
I have attached a document that shows the current situation in our organization and my proposed admin tool to resolve this issue.
