Performing Send to PDM on Object created in Project terminates workflow and creates new one in PDM.

Performing Send to PDM action on Object created in Project terminates the existing workflow and creates new workflow instance in Windchill PDMLink. But it should be possible to keep the original life cycle state from ProjectLink after sending documents to PDMLink. For example, if the Object is on state 'RELEASED' which has been created on ProjectLink should also stay in the same state after it Sending to PDM. Therefore the first workflow should not be terminated and the new workflow instance should not be created in PDMLink.
