Personal Start Pages should have the cability to use My Filters when creating Garghs or Tables, etc

We are aware that the start pages can access the Project filters. But when users create their personal start pages, they would like to be able to use there My filters. Instead of cluttering up the project filter lists with their person filters. We are able to create graphs using our My Filters, why are we unable to create Start pages using our My Filters?
