Plural documents about the default setting of "the file /URL/ outside place" of the editing screen

"Do not upload a file" by notation default setting; when passed, and changed it, felt it if it was strange as specifications "check-in" screen and that "the contents were changed to the substitution" screens equally.

With "check-in" and a thing uploading a file as for "the substitution in contents" basically, "the editing originally thinks about plural documents" because I use it though I edit an attribute by a lump that I do not upload a file.

To a use, may you change default setting every screen?
