Possibility to choose/change Context and Context subfolders, when insert/create new part in wt-part structure directly.

Today (Winchill 10.2 M030), after creating new parts in a part structure, they have to be moved to the Library or the parts have to be created in the Library and added to the part structure afterwards. We would like to do it in one step.

Use Case:

Several new parts (Standard und purchased parts) have to be created in an assembly, located in a Product Context.

Standard und purchased parts have to be created in the Library.

Initial Action: Insert new wt-part or multiple new parts in existing part structure.

Current situation: It is not possible to change Context/Location
