Present the Class Attribute Description to the End User in the Tip.
Since the attribute description is added by the Class Admin, we (Whirlpool) would like make it available to the End User when they are populating the attribute values for his/her part. [see attachment]
This tip should also be available for normal object attributes, so you can provide more information to the user about this attribute then just the attribute name.
