Preserve promotion comment for promotion objects in promotion request

When you  modify a promotion object in a running promotion request you will lose the promotion comment for the modified object created initially

Use Case:

1: create promotion request (PR) with promotion comment on promotion object
2: send PR to rework
3: rework promotion object (new iteration)
4: send PR to approver
4: promotion comment is missing on promotion object in PR

It should be possible to keep the promotion comment of promotion objects as it will be lost completely.

Take a look at the 'Process Status' section of the 'Process' tab of the promotion request.

This was implemented in 12.0.1.1 (per your referenced article.)  Here is an example from my test system (12.0.1.3):
