Prevent or Warn when attempting a "Send to PDM" on an object being routed.

Problem Statement:

I ran into an issue today, where I performed a "Send to PDM" command on a series of WTDocuments in a project.  One or more of them were involved in an active routing.  When the Send to PDM command was activated, the routing was terminated.

There was no error or warning message that the Send to PDM command was going to terminate the routing.  It just automatically terminated the routing and let the Send to PDM command complete.

Suggested SOLUTION:

Add a preference that would check for an active routing on an object in a project and either issue a warning or an error to the user.
