We've noticed that when some CM or Product Managers attempt to push workflows along via the Process Manager, those actions aren't captured in any audit logging. In working with PTC TS, this was said to be unsupported.
It would be very benefitial that this information be captured, so when viewing a workflow's Routing/Process History, the details for why a task progressed would be included, specifically who performed the action, when the action was performed, and if a vote was used, what that vote was.
