Process Plan - show BOM occurrences in structure and allow re-allocate BOM occurrences directly in Process Plan structure.

As-Is: BOM occurrences only shown in Tree picker.

Re-allocate in Process Plan structure is only possible for BOM usage.

To-Be: BOM occurrences should also be possible to show in Process Plan structure

Re-allocate BOM occurrences should also be possible like BOM usage is today.

No, this is two different ideas. Show occurrences is not the very same as allowed to restructure occurrences directly in Process Plan.

Almost same. Edit occurrences needs to show them. So from my view it is same.  if you can show them you should be able to edit them in structure.

From a PTC developers point of view this is two completely differne things.
To show occurrences is quite easy,
to manage restructure of occurrences in Process Plan structure is a little bit tricky to develope.

If you read the use case of second idea carefully You will find that the useCase mentions move option of occurrences instead of removing them. 

So in my opinion one of the idea is duplicated.
