Project Link List View visible to everyone

We have our projectlink system setup so anyone in the system can search and see the projects.  What I would like to see is the ability to show all projects in the project list view.  The only way this populates for people is if they get added to the project which is what we are trying to avoid with opening the system up to everyone.

I have not tried to configure a project like this. Would it be possible to add your Org to the project teams? This would give everyone access to the projects and you would only have to add one new member/project.

If it works, you can add the Org in your project template and it will be there for future projects.

@ScottMorris We have a group that we could add to the project template but that would mean they would all get the invite email and we don't want that.  Unless there is a way to omit a single group from the invite email.

Would it be helpful if you turned off the email invitations sent by starting a new project?
