Propose the configuration of errors messages (localized) in Type and Attribute Management when regular expression constraints is set

When we put a regular expression constraint in Type and Attribute Management on an attribute, the error return message when entry doesnt't respect the contraint is not understandable. It will be interesting that we can define our erroer return message for each attribute constraint.
