"Structure" tab does not have the capability to use drag & drop functionnality to restructure
Only access to "Copy" or "Paste" with RMB (No "Cut" function)

Sugggested Idea:
Provide Drag and Drop functionality in Structure tab (similar to MAPSB)
Provide Cut option (copy paste will add the object twice)
