Provide capability to search for attachments (Secondary Content)

Create the capability for Windchill searches to be able to search secondary content also known as attachments.  At the very least the name of the attachment and if index searching is turned on and the attachment is a file that can be searched, then search that too.  Doesn't make sense to search linked content.

If you're using Windchill Index Search, secondary content files should already be indexed and searchable using the Keyword field. However, it might not be obvious because it is the primary object that appears in the Search Results table.

From the Windchill Help Center "Search Results" topic:

At 10.2 M030, a couple things were added that makes this a little easier:

• We added the Attachments column to table views (including the Search Results table views), which indicates whether an object has secondary content, and will link you to the Attachments table. It also lets you sort tables by whether the object has an attachment.
  
  
• We added the ability to search by file name. This applies to the file name of secondary content as well -- but, again, the primary object is the one that appears in the search results table.

For example, I created a document named "LoaderTesting." Then I added an attachment to it named "WyoFlag.docx."  When I searched for the file name "WyoFlag*" here are my results:

Keywords are also searched against the file name field by default:

While it is slightly more usable at 10.2 M030, earlier releases should still have the ability to perform a keyword search against indexed file content, including file name.

I think Caitlin's reply is what we are looking for.  We just need to upgrade to 10.2 m030 or later.  (Scheduled for later this year.)
