Need option to export data in WVS Job Monitor page.
When we have large number of failed publishes, there is no way to easily export the objects that got failed and provide to business for review to analyze the root cause of failure.
Currently, there is no option to export the data from the WVS Job Monitor page which is really unfortunate.
What has been your experience with why jobs are failing to publish?
In almost all of my publish failures it is the publishing system itself that is failing and nothing with the files being submitted.
Are you sure the failures are coming from the files?
If there is something in the files that is causing them to fail, have you investigated the root cause?
Is there a config option that you might set on the publishing machine that would work better for that situation than what you would use in an interactive session. I have set some different options for my publishing machine.
With that said, I do agree that the ability to export the log would be nice without having to dig through the DB tables to find the information and build a report.
