This is related to the docker topic, today there is no way to silent install windchill pdmlink.

Why do you need a silent install of WIndchill?

It gets installed ONCE on the server.

You have to build the scripts and such to do a silent install and also do an install as part of the building.

In production yes , but in test env this is a must have for deployment ( docker for exemple )

I have already a custom script ( like rehost ) but this is boring.

 

Other advantage is installation on headless server.

 

So why not ?
