Publication section and publication structure ACL management

In the Windchill SIM data model, the publication structure object is a child type of publication section object.

With the inheritance feature of ACL, every ACL set on publication section object is applicable on publication structure objects.

From a business perspective it makes senses to manage ACL on publication structures (and soft type) independently of publication section objects.
